Video Testimonies
We are trying to amp up our social media presence so we want to add more videos to the various platforms. If you would be interested in doing a video testimony or being in one with your cleaning tech, we would greatly appreciate it. Just let us know!! We can help set that up with your cleaning tech. We would just ask you to sign a release form so it could be added to our social media platforms. Thank you for considering this for us!

Angela would greatly appreciate it if you did not call or message her on her personal number. She reserves that number for her personal life and values her time with her family very much. The office staff are the best to help you with any issues you may have.
Also please DO NOT contact the technicians directly for schedule changes, etc. Again the office staff are the only ones who can help you with this. The technicians are not able to make any schedule changes or job changes.
The weather is very unpredictable during the spring months. One day you need your heat and the next you need the A/C. We ask that you be mindful of these weather changes when your cleaning tech is due at your home. We may ask you to adjust the temperature to make cleaning more comfortable for our techs.
Our cleaning technicians sign a contract that they will not accept any after hour jobs from any of our clients. One of our policies also states:
Client shall not contract any of our employees directly for the provision of the same or similar services as provided by A Step Above N Beyond Cleaning Service. Our employees are bound by contract with us. We spend a lot of time and money training them. Employees become privy to our proprietary cleaning methods. Therefore, employees have agreed by contract with A Step Above N Beyond Cleaning Service that they will not work independently for our clients and that they will not work with our clients through other competing businesses.
We certainly appreciate your acceptance and cooperation with this policy.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We tip your cleaning technicians based on your scores to maintain consistent, exceptional quality! We pay our technicians $10 for Google and Yelp reviews and $5 for every MaidCentral scorecard.
